Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the pinaypie.cc website (collectively, including all content, uploads, and user submissions available through pinaypie.cc, referred to as the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy incorporated herein, and all future amendments (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use pinaypie.cc.
pinaypie.cc may update these Terms of Service at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the modified terms, you must discontinue using pinaypie.cc.

6. User Submissions

You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize pinaypie.cc to use all intellectual property rights in your User Submissions.
Your submissions do not depict anyone under 18, and you maintain documentation confirming all subjects are over 18.

7. Account Termination Policy
pinaypie.cc will terminate a user’s access for repeat infringements of these Terms of Service, including copyright violations. We reserve the right to remove User Submissions or terminate access for violations, such as obscene or illegal content, without notice.
8. Policy
pinaypie.cc has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content, including child pornography, bestiality, rape, torture, snuff, death, or other obscene or illegal material. We will fully cooperate with governmental agencies pursuing those who produce such content.
9. Fees
pinaypie.cc reserves the right to charge for services and modify fees at its discretion. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription fees if access is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement.
10. Warranties
You represent that all information provided to pinaypie.cc is accurate and that you have the necessary rights and authority to enter this Agreement. You agree to the terms of pinaypie.cc’s Privacy Policy, available at pinaypie.cc/privacy-policy.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
Your use of pinaypie.cc is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pinaypie.cc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website and its use. pinaypie.cc makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the Website’s content or linked third-party sites and assumes no liability for:

Errors or inaccuracies in content.
Personal injury or property damage from Website use.

14. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign any rights or licenses under this Agreement. pinaypie.cc may assign its rights without restriction.
If any term is deemed invalid by a court, it shall not affect the validity of other terms, and the invalid provision shall be severed.
15. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any action arising out of this Agreement shall be in an appropriate court in the Philippines. You submit to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts.
